Building Capacity for GHG Inventory and Action Plans in Response to UNFCCC Communications Obligations

The project will build Lebanon's capacity to fulfil its communication requirements to the UNFCCC and respond to the objectives of the Convention on a continuing basis. This will be achieved through the development of a GHG inventory, the assessment of GHG mitigation options (technical or policy specific), the assessment of vulnerability and adaptation options, and the presentation of the first national communication of Lebanon to the UNFCCC.
