Assessment of Capacity Building Needs and Country Specific Priorities in Biodiversity

The EA will: (1) Assess Mongolia's capacity building needs for implementation of the Biodiversity Convention; (2) prepare a strategy for meeting capacity-building needs; (3) develop an action plan to achieve the strategy; and (4) prepare Mongolia's second national report to the Convention.
