Self-Assessment of National Capacity in Tunisia to Manage the Global Environment
Project Summary
The principal objective of this proposed Tunisia NCSA project is to identify and determine the nature of these critical capacity constraints. The proposed project will also prepare a national strategy and action plan for addressing those constraints. The project will be the first step in a cyclical national process, whereby capacity will be regularly assessed and measures to improve capacity identified. The proposed project will focus on issues cutting across the three conventions, will build on existing institutional mechanisms, and will be fully participative
