National Capacity Self-Assessment (NCSA) for Global Environmental Management

The National Capacity Self Assessment (NCSA) for global environmental management will enable Liberia to identify priority needs across the three conventions, and discern cross-cutting capacity-building requirements as the government re-establishes an environmental management framework within the country.
