Project Summary
The global objective of the project is to contribute to increasing ecosystem integrity, stability, functions and services, through the promotion and mainstreaming of sustainable land management policies and practices using a cross-sectoral approach, thus also contributing to people’s livelihoods and economic well-being.The project aims at creating the enabling governance arrangements, the financial conditions and the knowledge base for sustainable land management practices to take root and be widely adopted in rural areas of dry land Nicaragua.
