The overall impact (Project Development Objective / PDO) of this project will be to reduce the risk to public health and the environment posed by poor pesticide management and obsolete pesticide waste. The project objective is to reduce the risks posed by POPs and pesticides wastes in Mozambique through the development of a national risk profile of contaminated sites and other POPs / pesticide contaminated materials.
