Third National Communication to the UNFCCC

To Assist the Government of Colombia in strengthening its capacity to design public policies including mitigation and adaptation measures and evaluate the environmental, social and economic impacts of their implementation, in order to fulfill its commitments to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC), in agreement with Articles 4.1 and 12.1 of the Convention.
