Project Summary
Support Brazil implement a clear, robust and transparent national legal and regulatory framework, the governance and institutional capacity necessary to manage the access and benefit sharing of genetic resources (ABS) and associated traditional knowledge (ATK), and improve knowledge of providers and users of such resources, enabling Brazil to fulfill the ABS provisions of the CBD and the Nagoya Protocol (NP).
