The present report provides an update to SBI 31 on GEF progress between May and November 2009 in implementing the Poznan Strategic Program on Technology Transfer, covering the following three areas: (1) technology needs assessments (TNAs), (2) technology transfer pilot projects, and (3) long-term implementation of the strategic program.
